FESTIVAL RULES
By purchasing a ticket, the visitor unconditionally accepts these General Rules and the Privacy Policy. By purchasing a ticket that includes camping, the visitor additionally accepts the Festival Campsite Rules.
General Rules
By purchasing a ticket, the visitor unconditionally accepts the rules of conduct of the event and the organiser.
The organiser assumes no responsibility for any injuries, hearing damage, or other harm.
The organiser is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.
Serving alcohol to minors and visibly intoxicated persons is prohibited.
For the personal safety of the audience, the organizer reserves the right to deny entry to persons deemed likely to cause problems or endanger the safety of other visitors.
By purchasing a ticket, you consent to being audio and/or visually recorded as a festival visitor, and to recordings being used at any time for the promotion of KSET na Krku festival.
Persons under the age of 16 may attend the event only with a purchased ticket and accompanied by an adult.
In exchange for the ticket, visitors will receive an identifier at the entrance (stamp or wristband) which allows re-entry to the festival grounds.
Purchased tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded, except in the event of cancellation by the organiser.
Only tickets purchased at authorised points of sale are valid.
The organizer reserves the right to modify the event program.
The organizer encourages everyone, in the spirit of nonviolence, tolerance, and equality, to look out for one another.
Prohibited items:
- Drinks, except metal or plastic water bottles
- Narcotics
- Flammable fuels, pyrotechnics, or explosive materials
- Weapons
- Large umbrellas, bottles, and other sharp objects that may endanger visitors
- Glass objects
Permitted items:
- Small foldable umbrellas and raincoats
- Small handbags or backpacks, subject to mandatory inspection upon entry
- Mobile phones
- Cigarettes and lighters
Festival Campsite Rules
By purchasing a ticket, the visitor unconditionally accepts these General Rules and the Privacy Policy. By purchasing a ticket that includes camping, the visitor additionally accepts the Festival Campsite Rules.
Registration upon arrival
All visitors are required to register at the campsite reception immediately upon arrival. During registration, the festival ticket is exchanged for a wristband that allows re-entry to the campsite.
A tourist tax of €1.90 per day is mandatory. The fee is charged per person, not per tent, and is calculated for the entire duration of the festival, regardless of arrival and/or departure date. The tourist tax can only be paid in cash.
After registration, an authorized person will assign the visitor a spot for setting up their tent.
Motor vehicles
Parking motor vehicles inside or in the immediate vicinity of the campsite is strictly prohibited unless explicitly approved by the organizer.
Pets
Pets are allowed in the campsite. Owners must keep their pets under control and on a leash, and must clean up after them. The owner is solely responsible for their pet’s behavior.
Maintaining order and cleanliness
Each visitor is required to maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the area they use. All waste must be disposed of exclusively in designated areas.
In the event of intentional or accidental damage to festival property, the organizer reserves the right to seek compensation for damages.
Open fires
Lighting open fires within the campsite area is strictly prohibited for the safety of all visitors and the preservation of the environment.
Personal property
The organizer assumes no responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of visitors’ personal property.
Campsite rules
All visitors of the festival campsite are required to comply with campsite regulations.
The organizer reserves the right to remove any person who fails to comply with the festival campsite rules from the festival grounds.
