By purchasing a ticket, the visitor unconditionally accepts these General Rules and the Privacy Policy. By purchasing a ticket that includes the festival campsite, the visitor additionally accepts the Festival Campsite Rules.

When purchasing tickets, the data controller collects the buyer’s email address.
For the purpose of sending notifications and updates regarding the KSET na Krku festival, as well as notifications about changes to the General Rules and Privacy Policy, the data controller collects email addresses. The data is stored for 12 months from the date of ticket purchase.
If the data controller intends to further process personal data for a purpose different from the one for which the personal data were originally collected, the individual will be informed prior to such additional processing about the new purpose and all other relevant information specified in this document.
The data controller is obliged to bind all members of the association to confidentiality regarding all data obtained during the organization of the KSET na Krku event and to ensure that such data are used exclusively for the purposes defined in this Privacy Policy.
Individuals have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, transfer data, and the right not to be subject to automated processing, including user profile creation.
When exercising individuals’ rights, exceptions may apply in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
